Contact VWO Support team to update the login ID or account owner's email address. The option to change these e-mail addresses is not available within the app by default. To update the records, send an email from the registered e-mail ID to VWO support requesting the change and mention the following information in the email:
- New email addresses you want to update
- Billing address and last two digits of a credit card for authentication. You can find the billing details by under Settings > Billing & Invoices section.
- Billing details are not visible if you are using a sub-account email address or if your payment mode is wire transfer.
If the owner's e-mail id is not accessible to send the e-mails (in cases where the person no longer works for the company), please mark the email copy (Cc) to the existing owner's email. Also, For the owner change requests, please ensure that the new owner should already be added as a user to the same account.
Please note that VWO allows one e-mail ID to be associated with only one account. So, if an e-mail id is already added to an account, it cannot be used again in another account. For the e-mail change requests, please ensure that the new e-mail id is not already registered.
