To update the login ID or account owner's email address, contact the VWO Support team. The option to change the e-mail address is not available within the app by default. To update this, you need to send an email from your registered e-mail ID to VWO support at email@example.com requesting the change.
Information that needs to be included in the email:
- New email addresses which you want to update
- The Billing Address and last two digits of your credit card for authentication. You can find the billing details in the Settings > Billing & Invoices section.
NOTE: We ask these details for security purposes only. With this
information, we make sure that the requester is an authorized account
owner only and not any user who has access to your VWO account.
If the owner's e-mail id is not accessible to send the e-mails (in cases where the person no longer works for the company), please mark it in the email copy (Cc) to the existing owner's email. Also, For the owner change requests, please ensure that the new owner is already added as a user to the same account.
NOTE: VWO allows only one e-mail ID to be associated with one account.
Thus, if an e-mail id is already added to an account, it cannot be reused
in another account. For the e-mail change requests, please ensure that the
new e-mail id is not already registered.
