Upgrading Your VWO Plan – VWO

VWO allows you to choose the products that fit your optimization needs. You can run a comparison among the different plans and, additionally, extend your limit on certain features by purchasing them as add-ons to meet your current audience journey & optimization needs. The Upgrade page in VWO displays product-specific upgrade options and add-ons, along with their availability across the Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Each VWO product is listed separately, allowing you to view and manage plan inclusions and optional enhancements for that product.

To access it:

Log in to your VWO account.
Click in the top-right corner, and select Settings.
From the navigation menu on the left, click View Plan. The Upgrade page appears.

If you’re running a small business, you can choose the Growth plan, which allows you to consume a maximum Monthly Tracked User (MTU) of 250K.

For a mid-size business, it is optimal to choose the Pro plan, which allows you to consume a maximum of 1 million.

If your business is larger and could consume more than 1 million MTU, you can avail of the Enterprise plan, which empowers you to tap the fullest potential of VWO.

Note: A Monthly Tracked User (MTU) is a unique visitor who becomes part of at least one campaign in a given billing month. The visitor is counted once per billing month, regardless of the number of campaigns they participate in during that period. If the same visitor returns and becomes part of campaigns again in the same month, they are not counted as a new MTU. However, if they become part of campaigns in a subsequent billing month, they are counted again towards the MTU quota for that new cycle.

VWO Insights - Web & Mobile maintains its own dedicated MTU quota. All VWO products, except VWO Insights, can draw from a shared MTU quota.

The Feature List table displays all the features that are available for each plan. You can quickly skim through it to get an idea of what plan suits you the best.

Sometimes, you may only require a smaller plan. However, the limit of certain features in it may not cover you completely. In such cases, you can purchase those add-ons to cater to your necessity. Below the Feature List table, you can find the product and account add-ons that can be purchased individually.

NOTE: Each plan has limitations corresponding to the level. You can find the feature comparison for the selected VWO product in the table below. If you wish to experience the advanced features provided in the higher plans, you are free to choose a higher VWO plan, irrespective of your consumption level.
