Using the Profile Details section of your VWO account, you can add or modify your personal details like name, phone number, country, etc.
Procedure
- Log in to your VWO account.
- Click the gear icon ⚙ on the top right, and go to Profile Details.
- In the Profile Details section, enter your name in the Name field.
- In the Phone Number field, provide your phone number.
- From the Country dropdown, select the country.
- From the Department dropdown, select the department corresponding to your line of business.
NOTE: If your desired department does not appear in the dropdown, select the option Others. On selecting this option, Be more specific field appears, which allows you to enter your department name. - From the Role dropdown, select a role.
NOTE: If the desired role does not appear in the dropdown, select the option Others. On selecting this option, Be more specific field appears, which allows you to enter the role name of your choice. - From the Language dropdown, select the preferred language for your VWO account.
- To save your changes, click Save.
Changing Your Email Address in VWO
If you wish to change your email address, follow these steps:
NOTE: This process requires a security token, an 8-digit OTP, for authentication. To know more, refer to the procedure below.
Procedure
- Click on the Change Email Address button corresponding to the Email field.
- To authenticate your request, click on Send Security Token.
INFO: Once you click on Send Security Token, a security token (an 8-digit OTP) with a 10-minute validity period is sent to your current email address. - In the Change Email Address pop-up, do the following:
- In the Security Token field, enter the security token you received on your current email address.
NOTE: If you didn't receive the security token or if it has expired, you can resend it using the Resend Security Token option. You can generate a maximum of 10 tokens in 24 hours. - In the New Email Address field, enter the desired email address.
- In the Confirm New Email Address field, re-enter the email address.
- To finalize your changes, click Confirm.
