Website reviews in VWO differ from Surveys in the following ways:
- Surveys are visible to the visitors on your website, but Website Reviews are only visible to the professionals from Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk), a third-party web service that sends out a review questionnaire on the website and collects feedback.
- For every question in a Website Review, you need to purchase credits whereas, in Surveys, you do not have to buy any credits to ask a question.
- In Surveys, you have the option of conditional branching build whereas, in Website Reviews, conditional branching is not available. For example, in a survey, you can define a condition wherein the next question appears based on how the user answers the current question.
