Integrating VWO With Wix

To run VWO tests on your Wix site, add the VWO SmartCode to your website code. Once done, you can create visitor research and test campaigns on the website without changing anything, not the website. 

Adding VWO SmartCode to Your Wix Website

To add VWO SmartCode to your Wix website, perform this:

Procedure

1. Log in to your Wix Dashboard.
2. From the left panel, go to Settings > Advanced section and select the Custom code option.
3. To add custom code, click + Add Custom Code.
4. In the Add Custom Code dialog, do the following:
   • In the Paste the code snippet here field, paste the VWO SmartCode. You can find the VWO SmartCode here.
     
     To check if you have correctly installed the SmartCode on your webpage, enter the URL in the SmartCode Checker in the Settings > SmartCode section of your VWO Account. See SmartCode Checker in VWO to know what different results mean.
   • In the Name field, enter an easily recognizable name for your custom code.
   • Use the Add Code to Pages field to choose where you wish to add the VWO SmartCode; all or specific pages.

6. To save your configurations, click Apply.
   Your Wix website is now integrated with VWO, and you are ready to go ahead.
