The VWO-Wix integration empowers you to optimize your Wix website through A/B testing and visitor behavior analysis. Once you add the VWO SmartCode to your Wix website, you can test different variations of its design and content to see what resonates best with your visitors. You can focus on improving visual elements like text, images, layout, and calls to action.
While server-side testing and multilingual form field adjustments are currently not supported, the integration provides value for enhancing your website's performance and user experience.
Connect Your VWO Account with Wix Website
To begin with, connect your VWO account to your Wix site to generate the VWO SmartCode and automatically verify the integration.
- Log in to your VWO account.
- Navigate to Configurations > Websites and Apps.
- Click Connect Now > Select Website > Click Next.

Enter your website's domain.
- Select Automatically register and track all sub-domains if needed.
- Click Add domain.
After you click Add domain, VWO verifies your domain and generates a SmartCode.
Add the VWO SmartCode to Your Wix Site
You need to add the generated SmartCode to your Wix site. This SmartCode enables VWO to track visitor behavior and run A/B tests without directly modifying your website's code.
In your Wix Enterprise dashboard, go to Sites and select the site where you want to add the code. Then, click Settings.
- Scroll down to Advanced and click Custom Code

Click + Add Custom Code.

Paste the VWO SmartCode into the Paste the code snippet here field.
- Enter a descriptive name for your custom code (for example, Custom VWO SmartCode).
- Configure the code placement as per your requirement on All pages or Specific pages.
- Select Head to place the code in your website’s Head tag.
- Click Apply.
You have successfully integrated the VWO SmartCode with your Wix website.
