Yes, you can create custom themes and save them such that they can be reused later. To create a custom theme, you must choose the option New Theme from the Theme dropdown. Post this, the Container CSS and Content CSS section appears allowing you to customize the existing theme and saving it.
Once you save the custom theme, it appears in the themes dropdown and you can reuse it later.
