The Subscription & Invoices section in VWO offers users a streamlined way to manage their account. It provides a consolidated view of subscription plans, MTU usage, invoices, and billing details—all in one place.

- Usage tracking: Monitor monthly MTU usage and analyze historical trends.

This section simplifies subscription management, ensuring users have full visibility and control over their plans and payments.
How to Access the Subscription & Invoices Section?
- Log in to your VWO workspace.
- Navigate to the top-right corner and click on ⚙️
- Go to Subscription & Invoices tab.
Key Features of the Subscription & Invoices Section
My Subscription
This section provides a quick snapshot of your current subscription status and usage. The My Subscription section displays:
- Active Products: See all active subscriptions tied to your account, including associated products.
- Plan Details: View the plan you are on (e.g., Pro, Growth), and renewal dates.
- Add-ons: Identify additional features like Reporting Plus or Mutually Exclusive Groups that enhance your plan.
- Product-level vs. Account-level Add-ons: This distinction helps you track whether the add-ons apply to specific products or your entire account.
Example: If you're subscribed to the Enterprise Plan for VWO Testing—Web, you will see the product name, MTU consumption, and valid up to date information.
Subscription Details
To view specific subscription details for each product, follow these steps:
- Click on ⚙️ → Subscription & Invoices, where you'll see a left-side navigation menu.
- Click on the specific product listed in the left sub-navigation to view the subscription details for that product.
On the product-specific page, you’ll see key subscription details, including:
- Plan: This shows the active subscription plan for that particular product (e.g., Pro, Enterprise).
- Next Renewal Date: Here you can find the upcoming renewal date, helping you stay informed and avoid any surprises.
- Billing Frequency: This field tells you how often your account is billed (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.). This helps you understand your payment cycles and anticipate when payments will be processed.
- Add-ons Count: The total number of active add-ons for the selected product is displayed here. This section provides a quick reference to check how many additional features or services are linked to your subscription.
This allows you to easily access and manage the details of individual product subscriptions associated with your account.
MTU Usage Tracking
MTU (Monthly Tracked Users) is a metric that shows how many users are tracked during a given period. This feature helps you ensure you're not exceeding your usage limits.
- MTU Consumed: Displays the Monthly Tracked Users (MTU) usage and the total available limit (e.g., 0 of 120K since Nov 9, 2024).
- Usage Insights: A graphical representation helps you see trends over time, making it easy to understand your consumption patterns.
- Granular Data View: Toggle between daily and monthly views to get detailed or aggregated consumption data.
- Historical MTU Data: You can access previous billing cycles to track usage trends and adjust your subscription as needed.
Active Add-ons
Active add-ons enhance your subscription by adding extra features. This section displays:
- Name: The name of the add-on (e.g., Mutually Exclusive Groups, Reporting Plus).
- Start Date: When the add-on was first purchased or activated.
- Validity: Expiry date of the add-on or renewal details.
This section helps you manage your additional features and understand when renewals or expirations will occur.
Invoice History
Here you can track all financial transactions related to your subscription and add-ons.
- View All Invoices: You can view a list of all past invoices, organized by product or add-on.
- Filtering Invoices: Use filters like Invoice ID or Amount to quickly find specific invoices.
- Download Invoices: Download and keep a copy of any past invoice for your records.
- Export CSV: Export invoice data to a CSV file for further analysis or offline storage.
Visitor Allocation
You can allocate visitors to each of your workspaces according to the traffic volume and requirements. The administrator of the main workspace can create other workspaces and define visitor traffic allocation for each of them.
This section displays visitors allocated to the main workspace and the other workspaces (if any) for all VWO products (except VWO Engage).

Billing Profile
