Accessing the Notification Preferences Screen
To access the Notification Preferences Screen:
- Click on the gear icon (⚙) located in the top-right corner of your VWO workspace.
- Navigate to Accounts > More > Notification Preferences.
From this screen, you can customize the types of notifications you receive and the channels through which you receive them.
How do Notification Preferences work?
The Notification Preferences Screen is designed to give you full control over which notifications you receive and through which channels. It’s organized into the following components:
1. Notification Categories
VWO provides two main categories of notifications:
- Campaign Updates: Stay informed about any changes to your campaign status, such as start, pause, archive, or trash.
- User Management: Receive notifications related to user actions within your workspace, including new user additions, deletions, or role changes.
For each category, you can enable or disable notifications based on your preferences.
2. Notification Channels
For each notification category, you can select one or more delivery channels:
- Email: Notifications are sent to your registered email address.
- In-App: Receive real-time notifications directly through the VWO platform.
- Slack: Get notified in your preferred Slack channel for immediate updates.
